Sparke Helmore Newcastle City Triathlon 2025

The 32nd annual Sparke Helmore Newcastle City Triathlon is on again on Sunday 9 Nov 2025. The event will be staged from the Camp Shortland near the Nobbys Beach area on Newcastle Harbour and is one of the most picturesque courses in Australia. 

Take part as an individual or in a 2–3 person relay team across a range of events:

• Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 21km cycle, 5km run
• Enticer Triathlon: 375m swim, 10.5km cycle, 2.5km run
• Junior Triathlons: distances tailored for ages 7–12

With the foreshore packed with supporters and the atmosphere electric, this event is a true highlight on the Newcastle sporting calendar.
