Carer Gateway Information Session

We’d love for you to join us as we explore the support and services available to carers through Carer Gateway, an Australian Government initiative.

Whether you are new to caring or have been caring for someone for years, this webinar is for you.

This session will be presented by Mary Magias, Education Engagement Officer from Carers NSW who will talk about tailored supports available to you as a carer living in NSW, ACT or NT.

This session will include information on:

• Carer Gateway and how carer support has changed.
• Services offered and how to access these.
• The carer support planning process.

We recommend all MND carers in NSW, ACT and the NT join the MND NSW Carer Program. You do not need to be a member of the Carer Program to join this webinar.
