The research project, ALS Quest, is approaching its deadline on 28 May 2021. This study is looking for risk factors that might contribute to the development of motor neurone disease (MND) and is an online anonymous questionnaire which asks a series of questions that may provide clues as to what factors trigger MND in some people.
Anyone is welcome to complete the questionnaire - people with a sporadic or familial form of MND and their relatives and also people without MND, in order to compare lifestyle factors.
This questionnaire can be completed regardless of geographical location, so please share with any friends or family who may live overseas who would be happy to contribute.
The questionnaire, designed by Associate Professor Roger Pamphlett at the University of Sydney, and instructions for how to complete it can be found at www.alsquest.org
This research study will be avaible for the next 6 weeks before the data will then be analysed in order to publish the results. If you would like to contribute to this study then please complete the questionnaire before the deadline on May 28.
