From 1 July 2017, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will be in place across all of NSW, with people living in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Sydney, South Eastern Sydney, Illawarra Shoalhaven, Murrumbidgee, Western NSW and Far West NSW joining those already able to access the NDIS. Upcoming Community Information Sessions, Plan Implementation Workshops and drop-in sessions for NSW, the ACT and NT during May/June include:
New South Wales: Shellharbour: Information Session - 26 May; Queanbeyan: Plan implementation workshop - 26 May; Goulburn: Plan implementation workshop - 29 May; Summer Hill: Community Information Session - 29 May; Yass: Plan implementation workshop - 30 May; Bexley: Community Information Session - 13 June; Randwick: Community Information Session - 7 June; Circular Quay: Community Information Session - 26 June.
ACT Drop in sessions for one-on-one help with implementing your plan: Tuggeranong - Tuesdays; Braddon - Wednesdays; Woden - Thursdays.
