MND NSW, including FlexEquip, will be closed for the holiday period from 12pm-midday Friday 22 December, reopening on Monday 8 January 2024. During this time our phones and emails will not be monitored.

Last referrals with a current FlexEquip Service Agreement for delivery prior to closure is 15 December 2024.

FlexEquip equipment breakdown during the closure

There is limited service by all repairers over the holiday period and limitations to what can be done. If you have an equipment breakdown outside of FlexEquip working hours and the repair cannot wait until our return, please contact your health professionals or local hospital. Please also email This email address is being protected from spambots.
