Feel comfortable being left alone, in bed, on the couch or in the bathroom with this call device.
If you’re a person living with MND and you want some privacy or if you’re a carer and you feel worried about being ‘out of earshot’ from your loved one who is living with MND, then you need a switch adapted door chime from FlexEquip.
How to use the switch adapted door chime
The button with the switch remains with the person needing assistance. They press the switch when needing assistance. Different types of buttons can be used, including jellybean hard buttons to light touch microlight buttons.
The chime is kept with the carer. When the switch is pressed, the carer will hear the chime and know that assistance is needed.
Batteries are in both parts, the button part and the chime part, it is recommended that batteries are tested daily.
