We'd like to say a big thank you to the organisers, attendees and supporters of the 2026 Andrew Barrett Memorial Hunter MND Ball.
The event was held at NEX on June 13, with over 550 attendees coming together for a night full of live music, fun and to support those facing MND, raising over $100,000.
Organiser Rob Akers said 'I can't believe how wonderful all of you are for making this a reality, and continuing Andrew's legacy of raising awareness far beyond our wildest 2021 dreams.'
"To all of you and your guests who attended, a massive THANK YOU for coming and being part of the biggest Andrew Barrett Memorial Hunter MND Ball we've ever hosted, and for supporting us in our endeavour to Never Give Up in raising money and awareness in the fight against MND. For everyone who procured an Andrew's Army badge, I ask you to wear it with pride, as you're all now part of the team."
