MND Exchange: Aged Care Reforms Information Session

MND NSW is partnering with MND Vicotria to bring you this online information session about the Aged Care Reforms which commence from 1 July 2025.

This session is designed for people living with MND over the age of 65 who are currently accessing aged care services or who may access aged care services in future. The information will also be useful for family members, friends and carers wanting to learn more about aged care services and the upcoming changes associated with the Support at Home program.

The webinar will cover the following topics:

• Overview of Support at Home
• Your rights and your providers’ obligations
• MND Service Delivery

We are also happy to make time for feedback and questions at the end of the presentation. Please note, information provided will be a general overview to help people prepare for upcoming changes in this sector. We will not be able to provide any specific advice or information on anyone’s personal aged care supports. Please liaise with your MND Advisor for any personal questions.
