The National Relay Service

The NRS can help if you are d/Deaf, hard-of-hearing or are experiencing changes to your speech and find it hard to speak to hearing people on the phone. A Relay Officer can change voice to text or text to voice, they can also change Auslan to English and English to Auslan. Relay calls can be made to anyone on the wider telephone network.

TIS National is an interpreting service for people with limited English. We can arrange an interpreter for the appointments you have with our staff via the phone, video or in-person.
